New Sim

Virgin sent me a new sim without telling me why I needed to change from my old one. Now I've swapped it for my old one and now lost all my contacts. Is there any way to get them back and why didn't Virgin mention this when asking me to change the sim?

Hi seoffred,

 

simply put your old SIM back in your phone. Go to "Phonebook / Contacts" > Settings and "Save / Copy to phone memory".

Take your old SIM out and put your new one back in.

(In future it's best to have your phone memory set as the default for new contacts - check your settings).
