New Sim card

My sim card was lost during my far east travels. Most likely by switching dual sims in different countries.  My daughter phoned to block it. Then I had to phone to confirm and order a new one. Security was a joke! I phoned from India, thanks for the cost. I ordered a new sim on 13th September to be sent to my home address. Still waiting! Useless customer service. 3 looks good.

Check her Virgin wed account, that will show if it's been despatched, they do advise up yo five working days for delivery

Yes, but 13 days now. No movement on the account. Contacted: Tom M

The reply is that he's not available but my complaint has been passed to his team who will contact me soon.

We shall see...
