New Sim card

Howdy, I ordered a sim card on Saturday 3nd, got an email saying I would get it on the 3rd..its now the 5th and still nothing. When I log into my account it shows the new number etc but no sim card..the email I got had a link to tracking it so when I click on it it says there is nothing to track..help anyone?

Hi there,

I presume that you mean Saturday the 2nd? for delivery on the 3rd (a Sunday).

If it was just a SIM card it will most likely have been sent via Royal Mail.

I would wait until after the post tomorrow. If it doesn't arrive then. Call 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone & ask them to look into this for you.
