New Sim Card and phone

I recently lost my phone and received a new one from Asurion. The new sim card came from Virgin, I had difficulty activating it and was sent another sim, ostensibly activated. This didn't work either. using the chat facility i learned that the phone was probably not Virgin suitable..and need to get back to Asurion.  Anyone got any other ideas about this problem?

Welcome to the forums Smiley Happy

 

I'm really sorry that you've had so much trouble with the phone. This isn't what we like to see at all.

 

It does sound strange that 2 sims haven't worked in the phone. If you got the phone from Asurion, I'd suggest calling them on 0345 030 3291 to get this looked at.

Hi Mat

 

I spoke to a Virgin person 3 days ago and he told me that my phone had been blacklisted and he would sort it out in the next 48 hours.  Now 72 hours and phone still says "No sim card".....
