I recently lost my phone and received a new one from Asurion. The new sim card came from Virgin, I had difficulty activating it and was sent another sim, ostensibly activated. This didn't work either. using the chat facility i learned that the phone was probably not Virgin suitable..and need to get back to Asurion. Anyone got any other ideas about this problem?
I'm really sorry that you're still having issues with the phone. I want to get to the bottom of this for you. Are you able to PM me your full name, Mobile number and 3 characters of your password so I can chase this up?
