New SIM

Got a new 4G SIM card went on my virgin mobile account to see if it was working. It says pending changes and will be effective when my previous tariff end. Fair enough, but when it shows the plan and price of the new SIM it says £25 and then the offer saving £10 a month. So the monthly cost should be £15, however it doesn't say that it says £25. I should be paying £15 but now I'm unsure.
