I've sent the activation text from my old SIM in my old phone & received the reply text. Old SIM in old phone now not working. New SIM in new phone still says no SIM card emergency calls only. Is this the correct message? I've checked that I've put the new SIM in correctly but wondering how long it will take? The old SIM deactivated straight away.
I contacted Virgin but they weren't sure why the SIM wasn't working as they confirmed it had been activated 1pm on Tuesday from their end. However, they sent me a new SIM which arrived yesterday so I'm back up and running. It was so stressful though not being able to keep in touch with schools and my children, glad it's sorted.
