New SIM / No service

Dear Virgin,

 

I recently switched to a Pay Monthly SIM - 

 

Unfortunately, it currently is not picking up any service.  Has it been activated?

 

My phone is unlocked so that isn't the issue.

 

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
