Hi I am 8 months into a 24 month contract. I have the iPhone 5s but I'm not happy with the phone. Is it possible for me to change it to the new iPhone 6 without having to pay full retail price?

I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible to change the phone and to continue with the remaining months of the contract.
It would need to be cancelled meaning you would have to pay the full outstanding amount of the contract. In your case you would have to pay the 16 months left up front.
