New Phone & Contract Problem

Trying to get a new phone and first time contract since 11 September when I called at the Glasgow Store. Phoned Virgin Mobile last night and credit and underwriting issues all sorted and I have my SIM and new number but no phone yet Lumia 640). Apparently I need to wait on 3 e-mails with the contract details but these have not yet appeared but was told to expect them within an hour or so. How long does it take to get the e-mails? I'm a bit disappointed in the new user experience to say the least, having been a Virgin Broadband/TV/Landline customer for over 10 years. Please help get this resolved. Thanks.

I'm really sorry that you've not received your confirmation emails just yet. It can take up to 48 hours for a confirmation to appear. Have you had one yet?
