Trying to get a new phone and first time contract since 11 September when I called at the Glasgow Store. Phoned Virgin Mobile last night and credit and underwriting issues all sorted and I have my SIM and new number but no phone yet Lumia 640). Apparently I need to wait on 3 e-mails with the contract details but these have not yet appeared but was told to expect them within an hour or so. How long does it take to get the e-mails? I'm a bit disappointed in the new user experience to say the least, having been a Virgin Broadband/TV/Landline customer for over 10 years. Please help get this resolved. Thanks.
