New Order mobile phone

Does it mean be in touch in 24 hours due to a "technical glitch" I have been accepted or rejected for a phone can anyone shed any light on this, as not heard nothing for 2 days, but they have given me account set up?

Need to know what's happening they are a bit vague?

"a bit vague" is an understatement.

This technical glitch has been going on for over five months!

You would be best advised to call customer services on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one.

0345 6000 789 from any other phone and ask about your order.

Or if you don't mind waiting longer, this post may get responded to by one of the Virgin team on this forum.
