Seems many people have had the same problem as mine, I have placed an order for a pay monthly contract but my emajl confirmation states there is a technical glitch. I can't see anywhere on the forum what the problem actually is other than one person claims technical glitch actually means a failed credit check, is this correct?
Not necessarily, I would advise the same as all others:
Call Virgin customer services on 789 (free) from a Virgin mobile if you already have one. 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and ask them about your order.
