I did everything I was told to do by Virgin Mobile, followed the pamphlet etc etc
Did it before I went to sleep last night, so it could hopefully all be working when I woke up. But still no network on my old virgin sim or my new one. Surely it shouldn't logically be removed from the old phone until the new phone is up and running. That is the only process that makes sense transition wise, customer service wise etc.
So I have no phone and been wasting time googling stuff all morning to fix it.
1) Hard Reboot - didn't work.
2) Removing and replacing the sim card again, several times, didn't work.
3) Did a bunch of updates for the phone - made no difference
Yep did all of the above and then had to get on a plane late yesterday afternoon to another country and still nothing. I also tried to manually search for networks as advised when speaking to the guy on the phone number you recognised. I am away for a while and currently no working network which is likely going to cost me work. Could a Virgin Mobile expert please help me solve this.
