I have just received and activated a new 4G sim. Mobile data and sms messages are working fine but I can not make calls. This means I can't call 789 for help and live chat on this site is constantly busy with no operatives available.
Can anyone help please?
You can call VM CS on 0345 6000 789 from any phone.

Thanks for that. I saw that information in the contact us section, but at the time I had no access to any other phone.
The problem has now been resolved by getting a new sim card.
