i have not received my new phone from my new phone contract that I signed on the last day of September 2016 . I've phone The so called customer service umpteen times now and I've had enough no one knows what the hell I'm talking about anyway and they just cut you off after being on the line for over 40 flaming minutes, I've never experienced such bad customer service ever. So this morning I'm going to phone again and cancel the contract that although I have signed it has never really started as I've never received a flippping phone!!!!!
So after 45 minutes this time nad 3 departments later, each recognising a different password allegedly, I've been told I still have to wait for the damn phone to arrive in order to phone them yet again so I can cancel it Can nobody from Virgin do ANYTHING right!!
