Network

Recieved upgraded phone sim faulty no network for the last 24hrs. I have been waiting since 11.25am this morning for an email to resolve nothing so far very unhappy with virgin at present.

I'm really sorry that you're having trouble with activating the sim. So we can get this all sorted for you, are you able to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789?

 

The team will be able to look into this for you as soon as possible.
