Re: LG G4 infamous bootloop problem who will fix it??

Hi Xceeder,

Sorry to hear that you are getting the bootloop problem on your LG G4.

When you send your phone in, it goes to our independent repair centre who are trained directly by LG and follow all of LG's warranty and repair structures.

Have you been able to get the phone sent off for a fix? Please let us know how this goes for you.

Kind regards,

Re: LG G4 infamous bootloop problem who will fix it??

Will it cost me any money because it is not my fault that the phone was shipped with a faulty motherboard and I don't want to send it off and then they say yes we have fixed it but it will cost 80 pound to get your phone back ??

Re: LG G4 infamous bootloop problem who will fix it??

Until it's been inspected no one can say.

If it's damage i.e. A cracked screen water damage its chargeable, if it's a phone failure it's a free repair under the gtee, providing there is not a chargeable repair as well you would be contacted if there is a cost.

Thats not what you were looking for Smiley Sad
