Nearly unable to use

Just joined the Virgin Community.....I'm in Shefford, Bedfordshire at SG17 5LG also have had average of 1mgb download speed all day.  Looking at the 'Our Shefford' facebook page there are many of us with the same problem in the area.  Some people have been in contact with the Virgin Help Desk who have finally admitted that there's a problem in-spite of the fact that the Virgin Broadband Status indicates that there's 'no broadband issues'.  THERE IS A MAJOR ISSUE!!!

Who sorts this one out???

Welcome to the community.  You've posted this in the section of the forum devoted to Virgin mobile phones but your issue seems to concern broadband.  If so, you may like to post again in the "Networking and wireless" section of the "Broadband" forum.
