NO ONLINE HELP WHEN YOU HAVE LOST YOUR PHONE

So I was able to report my phone stolen online but when I found it an hour later I called to tell them not to block and Virgin (amazingly) already did it.  Now I have no way to contact them to ask them to unblock my sim or to contact any customer service.  Why do I have to ask "the community" when they should be able to have staff deal with emails and online chat. 

 

What are my options to get in touch with someone.  My phone no longer works as they cancelled it from my email very efficiently but can respond to queries online....

of course they blocked it faster then you can get them to unblock it. They will prioritise blocking them as if its been stolen you could end up with £1000's of in bills very fast.
