NEW MOBILE CONTRACT NO RESPONSE

I applied for a Samsung 6 on friday.i received an email saying it will take 24hrs.now when I try and see if I'm receiving the phone it says oops already registered.what happens now

This is a massive problem. There are several threads on here, one going to over 5 pages.

Can only suggest you ring 789 from a Virgin Phone or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone

Sorry can't be of more help.
