My new SIM card has not arrived.

Sorry to put this out on here but I haven't got time to sit on the phone and hopefully someone from Virgin will read this. I am due a new SIM card which should have arrived by last Monday at the latest but it hasn't arrived yet. Can someone from Virgin help please?

I'm really sorry to hear about the delay to your SIM card arriving.

They would usually arrive within about 3-5 working days, but are sent by Royal Mail (normal post) so could sometimes take a little longer than this.

As it's a few since you posted, I just wanted to check if you've received the SIM now?
