My account

I have two sims, only one shows on my account, how do I rectify this?

Hi vah,

 

you don't say whether you are refering to pay as you go SIM's or pay monthly.

Each pay monthly SIM must have it's own account but you can have multiple pay as you go numbers in your "Account hub".

Click the red "Add another number" (top right hand side of your account hub page).
