I clicked on to your link and safari can't open it it keeps telling me survey is not responding
It seems every thing I try Virgin media are not letting me in

Thanks for taking the time to post. Sorry to hear you're having trouble changing your card details online.

 

You need to follow these steps:-

Log in here > Payments > Direct Debit > Change My Direct Debit
