My account is suspended!

I cannot call or text anyone! I think my credit is topped up, but every time I try to call someone, it only says, "Hello! It looks like your Virgin Mobile account has been suspended for the moment."

Why is this, and how can I fix it?

Hi MichaelLoafer,

as you say "I think my credit is topped up" are you pay as you go then?

Will your phone allow you to call 789?

If not, I would suggest that you call Virgin mobile customer services on 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (give your Virgin number and account password) and hopefully they'll be able to get your account up and running again.
