My Virgin mobile app on Android fails to respond ?
I tried to use the My Virgin app on Playstore via my PAYG mobile. It tells me not to use WiFi but then tells me it can't reach the servers to login. I see others having same problem, so does this thing work for others or is just another Hi-tek issue Virgin can't resolve like Tivo boxes. My '3' app works perfectly so I think its time to change from Virgin for all my TV, Broadband and Mobile services.
