My Virgin Mobile - Unable To Login 2 - A different problem
Since the update I too am not able to log in to My Virgin Mobile account but for a different reason to the other user.
I have a hyphenated surname and I have my own email domain; neither of which your old system had a problem with. Your new system will not accept either!
When I enter my email address to log in your system does not recognise it as an email address (duh! ...obviously because it's not one of your generic @gmail.com or @hotmail.com domains) and when I click through "Forgotten your username?" and complete the form for the system to send me a reminder of what it thinks my email address is it won't accept the hyphen in my surname so I get an error there as well!
Why can you not fully test this sort of stuff before offloading it onto us?

Same problem although when I used the forgotten email address it sent mine with the hyphen included although the log in page refuses it. Simply not tested. Why change the old website which seemed to work well?
