My Virgin Media mobile account number removal

I have 3 numbers registered in my VM account, I only use 1 of these numbers so can I have the other 2 removed from my account please.

yes Virgin Mobile customer services can do this for you.

Give them a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.

I have two lines (phones) but four numbers appear on my account

Customer Service advise that they're unable to remove numbers - only the client can

Adding a number appears straightforward - but not removal

Hi KCTommy,

Virgin customer services certainly used to be able to do this.
I know because I had a couple of redundant numbers removed from my own account.

You could try calling again and hopefully speak to a more able member of the team.
If they still come with the same negative response, ask for a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) for the numbers.

Then apply for a couple of free SIM's from another network such as giffgaff and port the numbers out of Virgin to remove them from your account.

but my experiences with Virgin Mobile this week has left me a bit 'drained' so, if you don't mind, I'll put up with the inconvenience a bit longer as the lesser of two evils
