The card that I used to top-up my phone in stores has expired. How do I get a replacement so that I can put money on my phone?
If you log into your Virgin Mobile account online, you can order one there, or you should be able to get a replacement by calling VMob customer services on 789 from your mobile.

I don't believe I have a Virgin Mobile Account Online. This is my first experience with the Virgin website. I'm also in the US and unable to call internationally.
I tried to sign into an account with the only email I would have had at the time, and it doesn't recognize it.

Sounds like your having a few difficulties registering.
There wouldn't be any way to confirm which postcode is associated with this mobile without checking your account.
Apologies for sounding like a record stuck on repeat but I would recommend calling us as I've suggested on some of your other posts.
