Can someone please contact me regarding an upgrade im trying to get. I'm unable to use the myrates site and would appreciate some assistance.
This sadly is mainly a self help forum, try calling 789 disconnections seem to have the better staff for this

I would advise giving Virgin Mobile customer services a call (free) on 789 from your mobile.
0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard rate call or included in any minutes) and I'm sure they will be able to assist you sooner.

Tried calling, many times. Nobody appears to be able to help, hung up on and passed pillar to post! Been told 10 days which is not good when currently without a phone.
