My Account app can't access

Can't seem to access the Virgin My Account app on my LG Spirit, can anyone help ?

I would try and force close the app and re open it

if you open the app on 3g, then connect to wifi , it might not re check to see if you have the correct connection

The app may appear under here

1.Home –> Menu –> Settings –> Apps –> Tap on the ‘All’ Tab

2.Look for the app you want to disable

Hi Mat,

 

Thanks for your reply,I press the Virgin app and get three options,press my account and get OOPs.

Can't seem to get any further than turning off wi fi,page then disappears don't know what to do next, thanks for your help

Are you able to provide me with a screenshot of the oops page?

 

You can do this by holding down the Volume down and power button. Pictures can be attached on your posts by pressing the photo button.

With the wi fi disconnected I initially get a blank screen with error no connection message and thereafter when I press the account app I just get a blank screen

Are you able to uninstall the app and re-install it?

 

A re-installation will refresh the apps default settings. Let me know how you get on.

Hi Mat,

Unless there is an alternative way of uninstalling apps I can't uninstall the Virgin app, I accessed apps,general setting, apps then select and request uninstall, as I say the Virgin app is not shown on this list.

 

Am I the only one having this problem accessing My Virgin account ? I thought there would be an obvious solution,all I really want to know is how to carry out the instructions given  ie:

" If you are trying to access My Account over WI Fi we need to verify you first over 3g .Access my account over 3 G then follow the instructions" sounds easy !!!
