My Account - Wrong Devices Shown

I have two numbers under my online account. Following the upgrade to the online account service, the two accounts now have the wrong device and associated IMEI number shown against them, with each showing the device belonging to the other account (they have been transposed). Please can this be corrected as I don't want it to cause any problems when I upgrade soon.

I mentioned this last week after the site upgrade that my device shown has reverted to a LG phone I had 3 phones ago. I'm told they are aware of the problem & trying to sort it.

I can understand it's disconcerting to see the wrong handset appearing on your online account.

 

Rest assured we're aware of this issue and the team are on the case to get the error fixed ASAP Smiley Happy

 

It's due to an error with the online account system only and shouldn't have any impact on your upgrade.
