Just spent a frustrating hour trying to access My Account App as suggested by the text message, to view my allowances etc. I keep getting 'Oop' message, and telling me to turn off 4G wifi and switch to 3G etc etc. I have no idea how to do this and shouldn't have to. Virgin have no problem taking the money out of my account every month!!
The Virgin Media account is in my husbands email , not a problem. But my mobile is in my name .
I find it all so annoying. I am seriously thinking of switching once my contract is finished.
