My Account App Problem

I am trying to set up the my account app on my new handset (J5 2016) and all I keep getting is 'we're having difficutly reaching our servers', had this message constantly for two days now. It was working fine on my other phone.

Have you changed your tariff recently? if you have it should work on your next refresh date.
