Moving to Dubai

I'm moving abroad in September  and have 6mths left on my contract and I have been a Virgin customer for 10 years. I am unable to use the phone in Dubai as it can't cope with the heat of plus 35 and keeps switiching off. On phoning customer service helpline 789 I find you  ungenerous in ending my contract or helping me,  why is that?  Do you not want me as a customer in my new destination you have a store there.

If there is a Virgin store in Dubai then it's separate to Virgin Media in the UK.

Sorry to be blunt here but a minimum term contract is just that. You agree to take the item contracted for the term agreed. If you want to break that term, then the appropriate break clauses apply.
