I've been with Virgin on PAYG for a while, and have just taken out a contract with them for sim only.
Does anyone know how I can go about moving the phone number from the PAYG to the contract?
I don't know the exact menu options, but what I do know is:
You can have the number on the PAYG SIM replace the number on the contract SIM. If you call into 789 and request this, the agent you get through to would transfer you to the correct department. Oh and this *correct* department I know not the same of is only open to 5PM last I read. So call in earlier in the day to get this sorted.
