More than one pay monthly number on an account that is pay-as-you-go at the moment

Please can someone tell me if this is possible?  I have an account with 3 numbers on it, me and my children.  At the moment we are all pay-as-you-go but I would like to swap so we all pay monthly but it will only let me swap one number.  Am I doing it wrong or is this the rules?  I cannot bear another day on the phone to virgin support desk.

Apologies that you've had some trouble with changing numbers over. I'd like to clear a few things up for you. If you're looking to take out 3 pay Monthly contracts with us, this will depend entirely on your credit rating with us.

 

When you've mentioned swapping the number and it will only let you do one, where have you tried this?
