Hi, I'm currently in France and on Saturday called the helpdesk to have the extra phones on my account turned on for roaming. Within a couple of hours both connected but soon disconnected again and have not yet reconnected. Any have idea why this has happened and what I can do to resolve the problem. Both phones are Sony Xperia and have been rebooted numerous times.
