Mobile voice mail not working

Having followed the instructions, my phone still does not go to voicemail. It states it is activated after the first chargeable calls but all my calls are free.

Hi Hillian,

 

surely you don't mean that all calls are free. More likely included in a tariff that you pay for?
(Or are you just very lucky Smiley Happy)

Is voicemail turned on in your account?

Log in to your account > click on  the "Plan and device" tab > "Manage my services" > Voicemail ON/OFF
(click on the other side of the rectangle box to alter switch).

 

Have you set up your Virgin Mobile voicemail?

I can see that you have had some great advice, thank you AlexKid. I have been looking into this and can see that it voicemail is still not enabled. Have you been able to try the help above or give us a call in on 789/ 0345 6000 789?

Hi, Unfortunately am unable to log into a/c. My partner has the a/c and he is not available at the moment, however should have it sorted by the end of next week. Many thanks.
