Mobile sim only

I signed up for a package which started on 3rd May. I was offered two sim deals but declined the offer a few days later. I then received an email for a bill of £2.71 on the 5th May ?,thought it must be admin charge .Yet today I had a letter to say my tariff is changing yet I do not have a Virgin sim card or phone. I have tried to log onto the mobile account page but it will not accept the mobile numbers .

I think you would be best advised to give Virgin mobile customer services a call 0345 6000 789 to get to the bottom of this.
