Mobile sim card not received

Hi, i have ordered it new sim on 3rd August but still not received sim card. Please help me.

Make sure you get them to credit your account as they start billing you straight away. They seem to be doing this to many customers and i was one like you...almost one could claim on purpose to save them £ with people not claiming it back..
