I have 2 mobile phone accounts and I have noticed the signal get worse and worse. each time I phone up customer services they get me to check the settings and they are all correct. I have asked to cancel my contract as the service is so poor and they said i have to pay £200 to cancel one account and £150 for the other. I have asked to escalate the issue but just get ignored. Has anyone got any advice on how to get this resolved.
