Mobile service suspended but no issues with account
I have no 3G signal at all, if I try and call anything I get a message saying my account has been suspended so to call 789.....even when I dial 789. I have checked online and there is no issue with my account, no-one has been in touch regarding any potential issues and I have zero ability to call the tech support for help. The online chat with Virgin media was no good, he just kept telling me to call 789 or various other numbers.....what am I supposed to do to resolve this??
