Mobile problems

Tried to access Virgin Media wifi - continuing to receive message- error: cannot connect to Virgin Media server (code :U113). Please try again later.

I've ried to set up autoconnect for Virgin Media Wifi on my Samsung Galaxy S4 (Virgin SIM account) and keep receiving error code U113.  Any thoughts how to overcome this?  I've deleted and reinstalled app but this doesn't work - and I'm right next to my wifi router so have great signal.
