Mobile problems

Tried to access Cloud for the first time. Asked for password. Typed my Virgin password. Wouldn't accept it. Asked me to reset - message would be sent. No message received after some time.

Tried to access "TV anywhere - get message - "Oh crikey, we can't find that page"

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties with your iCloud password and TV Anywhere.

 

In regards to your iCloud password that is usually the password you set when your Apple ID account was first created. It would not necessarily be the same password you use when contacting Virgin Mobile.

 

Resetting it through the Apple ID website is a good idea if you can't remember it but sometimes those emails can get caught in your junk email or spam folder. It might be worth double checking those folders just in case.

 

Can I ask if you are still having difficulty with TV Anywhere?
