I have phoned tech dept numerous times, renewed sim card, taken it to virgin shop waited for a jiffy bag which never arrives,and am repeatedly fobbed off when I ask to speak to a manager or make an official complaint. In some cases even patronised on the phone. Is there someone in the Virgin Empire who will accept that they are ineficient and resolve the problem rather than rationalize their appalling service.
