How can I find out start date of my contract so I know when I am due an upgrade?
log in to your Virgin Media Mobile account and you will see a row of "tabs" near the top of the page.
Click on the 'Plan and device' tab, it will show:
Contract start date
Contract term (length)
Next upgrade date
Your refresh date
The 'Billing' tab will show:
Contract term (end date)
