Mobile number port issues

I transferred my number from O2 to Virgin this week. It was due to transfer overnight on Wednesday, but doesn't seem to have fully worked.

- I'm receiving calls and text messages on my old (transferred) number

- Texts I send come from my non-transferred (original Virgin number)

- the 'own number' field in my contacts (iPhone) states my original Virgin number (pre-transfer)

Any advice? I've restarted my phone a couple of times to no effect.

Sorry to hear that your phone number is not quite working correctly since the number port.
