Mobile network unavailable??

Hi was wondering if anyone else in the Kingston area are getting an error message "mobile network unavailable". I can't use my phone except for wifi. Please help??

Hi Christine,

 

if you enter your postcode into the EE service checker (Virgin Mobile works on their network) it will show if there are any known issues in your area.

Try checking here Virgin use the EE network

I'm really sorry to hear you're having some issues with your mobile coverage at the moment.

Could I ask if this issue is happening specifically in this area (are you able to get signal in other areas)?

Also, are any of your friends/family on Virgin Mobile or our partner network EE and also experiencing these issues?

Did you get a chance to check the service checker as advised by AlexKid and enlli?

Myself and hubby have had no service since Monday, have used ee checker, no problems reported there. What is next step please?

Hi Nettlers,

 

I would advise calling customer services on 789 (if you have signal on your mobile) or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone so that they might be able to look into this for you.
