I posted yesterday I couldn't send or receive texts or make calls, on checking my phone further it says, Mobile network not connected, and my phone number is missing as well, can anyone help please
Try a manual network selection, also check for a network issue on the EE website if that fails

Thanks for the replies, I have taken my sim out and put in my old phone and it works fine, yet when I put it back into my Samsung A3 it doesn't
that suggests that the fault lies with your Samsung A3 device.
Try a factory data reset.
