Technical issue, my account was suspended after virgin forgot to set up my direct debit and can't seem to set my account up again. Numerous IT tickets have been raised and cancelled, so it appears to be a complete shambles !!
I'm really sorry that you're having issues with your online account. I want to look into why the IT tickets have been cancelled. So I can do this, can you PM me your full name, mobile number and 3 characters of your password please?
