Mobile data roaming

While abroad l can make calls and send txt but unable to use data 3G to go onto the intrnet

Hi Glyn2014,

 

first check that you have data roaming enabled in the settings on your device.

If that is in order, as you can make calls, give the customer service Team a ring on  +447953 967 967.

Ask them to check that data roaming is on in your account or refresh the settings. Sometimes it is necessary to update the EE server.

All sorted it took quite a few calls to get it sorted three months and new SIM card and it turned out that it was a setting at other end nothing to do with the phone
